- Real cure Dorset bresaola, rocket, parmesan, with extra virgin olive oil
- Italian style cured meats, fennel & garlic salami, hartgrove coppa, pink peppercorn & cider salami, cornichons
- Buratta, tomato & basil salad, with extra virgin olive oil
- Marinated grilled seasonal vegetables & artichokes, oregano, balsamic glaze, with extra virgin olive oil

At the olive oil tasting event, you will have the opportunity to sample Giannella premium olive oil from the Puglia region of Italy. You're invited to learn about the flavour, profile, aroma and the art of olive oil production from the owner of Giannella olive oil himself.

Our guest chef Adriano Elam has prepared a special menu working with Giannella olive oil as well as hand picked product from our food hall, to highlight the unique characteristics of olive oil. Adriano will be there to talk to you about his culinary experiences and the stories behind the dishes.
