Job Role and Function

Responsibility for overseeing Flowerland’s outdoor furniture department.
Engaging with customers and providing the best customer experience for our showroom.
Providing detailed information about our furniture sets and providing accurate information in relation to all our furniture.
Promoting and delivering the highest standard of customer care and service at all times.
Managing stock control and ensuring all our furniture sets are replaced when required.
Building working relations with management and all members of the teams at Flowerland.
Maintain strong working relationships with the warehouse team to ensure fast and efficient replenishment of stock.
Always ensuring the department is kept clean tidy and kept to the highest of standards.
Working along with our visual merchandising team to ensure the showroom is fully stocked and ready for sales!
Confidently giving the best advice to all our customers regarding our furniture with after sales and deliveries.

We are looking for an experienced retail people to join our busy team working within our Garden Centre at Iver and Bourne End in Buckinghamshire.
We are looking for General Assistants with excellent communication skills ideally someone who has worked within a fast paced retail environment.
We are hiring General Assistants to work within both our Garden centres in Buckinghamshire, Iver and Bourne End.
Are you outgoing and friendly, confident who can multitask who can help in different areas and departments.
Are you confident in selling our products, speaking to customers about Flowerland and our Flowerland App and able to work across all our departments, from pets, foodhall, restaurant, furniture and plants.
Able to work alternate weekends & be on your feet all day with a smile!

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Working with managers and members of the Flowerland team to ensure the smooth running of the Garden centre.
Able to serve customers and help with customer queries.
Restocking shelves advising customers about all our products, always ensuring our products are available.
Happy to serve our customers on the tills and assist with helping our customers to carry products to the car.
Experience in dealing with customers and excellent communication skills.
Multitask and willing to help all our team members across all departments.
We need people to ensure our Garden centre is kept to the highest of standards.
Always showing interest in learning about our products and helping us grow our unique family business.
