We’re looking for friendly, experienced hospitality team members to join the vibrant café at our Bourne End garden centre. Our café is the heart of Flowerland, and we’re seeking customer-focused people who enjoy serving great food and drinks in a busy, welcoming environment.

About the Role

• Serving food and hot/cold beverages with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Delivering excellent customer service to regular and new guests.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced café environment.
• Keeping the restaurant clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
• Training provided.
• Alternate weekend work may be required.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused.
• A team player who can think on their feet and work with a smile.
