Responsibilities
Happy to help customers with pet questions and queries, giving a great sales experience to all our customers, assisting with all our products and offering advice.
Assist with pet products and learning about all our new & exciting products.
Liaising directly with customers and able to sell with a friendly positive attitude.
Ensuring stock is kept up to date and areas are clean and tidy.
General Till Service/Customer Service.
Always ensuring our Pet Department is kept up to our highest standard giving the best customer service!

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Working with and reporting into the restaurant manager, and working with members of the Flowerland team to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
Able to serve customers with an outgoing and friendly manner.
You will be the face of the restaurant and responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service, while taking orders and serving customers.
Responsible for the running of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Able to multitask and willing to help and guide the team.
Stocking and replenishing food items while ensuring the restaurant is kept to the highest of standards serving excellent food.
Experience in preparing food and making hot drinks and serving customers.
Excellent a problem solving and managing the busy restaurant with experience in food.

We are looking for an experience delivery van driver.
Do you have a full drivers licence, able to drive a Luton Van?
We need someone who can work flexibly and start asap.
Forklift licence an advantage but not essential.
Excellent communication skills and willing in assist in other areas when needed.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Working with members of the Flowerland team, main duties will be driving and delivering.
Delivering products between both sites on a daily basis in Buckinghamshire.
Able to be available to work across all departments as a General Assistant when not needed to drive.
Able to multitask, yard duties to include maintenance of the yard and ensuring stock to kept tidy.
Outgoing and friendly and happy to work with a big team.
Must hold a clean up to date driver’s licence.

Engaging with customers and providing the best customer experience for our showroom.
Providing detailed information about our furniture sets and providing accurate information in relation to all our furniture.

Managing stock control and ensuring all our furniture sets are replaced when required.
Building working relations with management and all members of the teams at Flowerland.
Maintain strong working relationships with the warehouse team to ensure fast and efficient replenishment of stock.
Always ensuring the department is kept clean tidy and kept to the highest of standards.
Working along with our visual merchandising team to ensure the showroom is fully stocked and ready for sales!
Confidently giving the best advice to all our customers regarding our furniture with after sales and deliveries.
